OMG. 27 minutes in, that's the reason....

ARRL totally feels like its a car just coasting; now its come to a stop, and nobody there to start it going again.

Yep, not replacing the IT director is just cheap and irresponsible.

I called the ARRL on a personal issue 4 times last week. The person answering in the customer service dept. claimed that they have electrical power issues. I left messages and numerous emails - and have YET to have someone get back to me. It's NOT just a cyber thing,

Their phone system was also taken down. Now they have a recording. Almost everything at HQ was shut down according to people who have gone to W1AW to operate. Their phone system is VoIP and I believe cloud based as well. They may have electrical problems but this is not the root of this issue.
