I called the ARRL on a personal issue 4 times last week. The person answering in the customer service dept. claimed that they have electrical power issues. I left messages and numerous emails - and have YET to have someone get back to me. It's NOT just a cyber thing,
Their phone system was also taken down. Now they have a recording. Almost everything at HQ was shut down according to people who have gone to W1AW to operate. Their phone system is VoIP and I believe cloud based as well. They may have electrical problems but this is not the root of this issue.
OMG. 27 minutes in, that's the reason....
ARRL totally feels like its a car just coasting; now its come to a stop, and nobody there to start it going again.
Yep, not replacing the IT director is just cheap and irresponsible.
